Environmental Strategy
“Value Consumption”
This approach focuses on delivering value through products and services by maximizing resource utilization. It encompasses a wide range of environmental development initiatives, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving energy and utilizing renewable energy sources, managing environmental impacts, conserving water resources, and applying the 3Rs principles for waste management at the source. Additionally, it aims to create business opportunities and develop environmentally friendly logistics services, also known as Green Logistics.

Goals and Performance
Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions
Goals
2024 Performance
- Aim to reduce corporate greenhouse gas emissions by 5% by 2027, benchmarked against the base year of 2024.
- Aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions as follows:
- Scope 1 and 2 are aimed at achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2037.
- Scope 3 is aimed at zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
- In 2024, the Group prepared a report on its corporate greenhouse gas emissions by the ISO 14074-1 standard and was verified by Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) Ltd., an external independent verification agency registered as an external assessor, with the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) with a total greenhouse gas emission of 58,024 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (TonCO₂e).
- The Group has participated in the “Care the Bear” project by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) for the second consecutive year since 2023, resulting in a carbon footprint reduction of 4,250 kgCO₂e, equivalent to planting 473 ten-year-old trees.
- The Group has developed environmentally friendly logistics services (Green Logistics Service) through various projects, such as the use of electric forklifts instead of fuel-powered ones at Hazchem Warehouse which has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 275.95 tCO₂e per unit per year. Another example is the pilot project for transportation Mode Shift Project from Truck Transportation to Rail Transportation on the Lat Krabang – Sra Kosinarai, Ratchaburi route, which has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 295.53 tCO₂e.

Energy Management
Goals
2024 Performance
- Aim to reduce the organization’s Energy consumption rate by 5% by 2027, compared to the base year of 2024.
- The Group has enhanced its electricity consumption efficiency. In 2024, electricity consumption per employee was recorded at 4,663.72 kilowatt-hours per person per year, representing an approximate 19.37% reduction from 2023, which recorded a consumption rate of 5,783.42 kilowatt-hours per person per year. Moreover, despite achieving a significant revenue growth of 35.9% in 2024, the Group successfully reduced its electricity consumption per revenue from 1.44039 kilowatt-hours per THB million in 2023 to 1.25124 kilowatt-hours per THB million in 2024. This clearly demonstrates the Group’s commitment to sustainable growth alongside continuous improvements in energy efficiency.
- The Group has implemented various projects and activities to manage energy consumption efficiently across its headquarters and warehouses, such as replacing conventional lighting with LED bulbs, utilizing electricity generated from solar panels in designated areas, switching to energy-efficient electrical appliances such as air conditioners and microwaves with Label No.5 certification, and installing sunshades in office areas to reduce the workload on air conditioning systems.
